I know some hotels block rooms at a discounted rate for events. Is there a way to contact some of the hotels for a requested discount? I just checked some hotels, and they are running at about $270+ per night.

I don't know Toronto at all so I do not know if this is feasable or not. But is there a ring that could rented for pro wrestling and/or boxing? We had access to one this year in NYC and it was a hit for private rentals and the open ring sparring.
Hey there! It’s something we’ve tried for in the past, but unfortunately most of the wrestling outlets here won’t rent out their ring due to the insurance issues it would cause for them.
A few members on here are part of boxing gyms so it may be worth speaking with them. Unfortunately, we can’t host open boxing events as the liability laws in Ontario are too strict.

What about Studio space? That could also work for an open sparring session for us boxers that want to slip on the gloves in a group setting.
