I'd say I'm addicted to. I started with TV wrestling, and expanded to muscle guys at the gym and bjj. There were several guys I practiced with I met in my bjj classes and we always went for sleepers, and I've met guys at gyms where I worked out who I did it with too. It makes me hot when I do it and afterwards when I fantasize about it. Why do you like it so much?
Its the power dynamic. Wrestling someone and getting the upper hand is such a power trip. When I immobilize them and feel that this is my show excites me. You know when you control a fight. How good it feels. Working my way to a choke. Sink it on and just watch they go limp is like a nice dessert
So when I met my wife 17 years ago she was doing submission wrestling. She introduced me to choking and I quickly got addicted to it. Now 17 years later I can’t get choked out enough. And if I don’t get choked out on regular basis I get really frustrated.
A couple years ago I started doing some heel work myself. After putting guys to sleep I felt a euphoric feeling. Not the same as being choked out. It was different, but also addictive.
So now I am addicted to being choked out and to choke out other people. Does any one feel the same?
I’ve met some amazing guys that are into choking, RNC, sleeper hold, head scissors and figure four head scissors. It’s a power and control thing, the idea that a guy can put me out like a light with a small flex, and that I can’t escape… woof!

2 days agoI'm not going to say I'm addicted to it. But I enjoy giving, and taking choke holds and submissions. I just can't get enough people to practice with.
