We are doing some variants of the Fireman's Carry and Lift at the pro-wrestling coaching in Grove Park today.

We do lots of different Wrestling holds and moves at the pro coaching sessions each Tuesday.

This coming Tuesday we are doing the rear naked choke and counters to it. Initially as submission style then pro style.

We can do fireman’s carry and follow on moves if you know for sure that you’ll be coming.
