Well, not that far in the scheme of things.

I'm guessing there might be boxing rings/mms gyms etc in Edinburgh - I'm sure I saw a MMA place just off the Dalry road, but whether you can hire them? That might be worth looking at.

Hotel matches are ... well I've been spoilt by the matrooms and having reception knock to check "everything's okay" - so tend to not relax when I'm in hotels now.

I am pretty sure that there aren't, which is really frustrating. If you do come across one, I'd be delighted to know about it as I'm there regularly.
