I don't think that there are any in Central London, but there's the Grove Park ring and the Stockwell matroom in Inner London and the Canning Town, High Barnet and Seven Sisters matrooms and the Walthamstow ring in Outer London.
Not sure if you count stockwell as central London but a guy there rents and matted room for wrestling. Message me if you are interested and I can give you details.
