A bit off-topic so apologies in advance but I also go back to 60’s and 70’s wrestling. In the U.S. we dint have an official title but it was prob. like the UK 🇬🇧’s WoS. I almost never watch wrestling now—dislike the theatrics, the story lines/soap operas, the ‘non-wrestling’ action. Vince McMahon, our main wrestling so-called impresario’ has ruined the sport so my ? is: do today’s wrestlers 🤼‍♀️ still use the strength holds I love—bearhugs, being scissored by tree-trunk quads, racks, nelsons etc.?

it is very rare now, people wanna see acrobatics and agile moves rather than tech wrestling. bear hugs are not captivating to the new generation
