Domination by a skilled grappler can sometimes feel humbling. But it also helps my defensive game. I find that I tend to dominate more these days but find that some guys love or hate that type of game. It happens to each of us at different times.

Me have been submitted a few times during sparring onto tatami, above all from purple or brown belt roommates. Most painful and humiliating submssion happens with lapel choke bow and arrow above all. Had loved it 🥋👣💪
