I love being choked out and edged to choke out by rear naked chokes and figure 4s but there are other holds out there that can choke you out and I wanna experience them
I like manual strangulation with bare hands around the throat applying different pressures especially on the carotid arteries with a Carotid Choke or a blood/air choke
My London trainer told me for older guys in particular one should never do a slow choke. More likely to release plaque. Safer to do a fast choke even to KO than a slow one.
I should point a few things out. 1) blood chokes are the safest way to knock someone out but they aren't without their risks. 2) when you pass out you will only be out a few seconds, any longer and it's time to consider calling 911 so there won't be any playing with your unconscious body while you're out. It's a nice fantasy but not reality.
In answer to your question, rear naked choke, head and arm choke, or a triangle choke are my go tos.
