An assortment is great. If on my back, or the guy is pretty heavy and strong and I'm backed against a wall, a fist works well, especially if the guy is good at forcing my insides around and across my spine. A knee is good too, as it's impossible for me to avoid making winded grunts, and that sound being forced out of me tweaks my endorphins.
I've had lots of things jammed into my gut, and that has it's reward, but there's something about knowing that a guy is enjoying the feeling of my gut crushing under his fist, and displacing my innards, that gets me most turned on.
I love the feel of small gloves for punching. especially in the belly. navel area, navel level. As far as grinding. I haven't tried a baseball bat end yet but it sounds interesting. As far as the navel can use anything.
Gloves have a few advantages. The padding on them will reduce bruising. This is good if hitting with a little fat on their waist because fat bruises easily. (It's all those little capillaries) Gloves will also protect the puncher's knuckles. I've punched my knuckles raw going barefist. Wearing the gloves will usually prolong a session too. making it more fun.
The larger the glove the harder you can hit. The smaller the glove the Deeper you can hit.
The first time I ever got hit was with someone's elbow when I was least expecting it. I was hurting all night after that. Usually I prefer a fist though.

Yeah I do. With larger gloves you can hit harder but smaller ones let you hit deeper so it's really up to the receiver in my book.
