Just above the navel, or ideally, the fist contacts the navel as most of the impact is above/adjacent to the navel. It feels perfectly centered there, and it's the area where I can take the most hits.

I always am laser focused on my Jobber's NAVEL, especially if it is a big, deep "innie." Then I work his lower abfominals for awhile. Back to torturing his NAVEL...my favorite body part/fetish.
