I am a lifter. The height and weight are not a problem for me. The most important thing is that if you are being lifted and carried. just allow yourself to relax and flop into the body of the lifter with your hand around the shoulders. Don't pull on the neck or len away from the lifter as this will cause loss of balance and control.

wow would first worship your biceps before i would ask you to lift me in every way you like!!!
Do you also do the Gorilla press? That s my fav lift to feel (and see) .
For a Gorilla Press I think height is more important because of the balance the lifter has to find, the moment he presses the liftee overhead.
Love to hear if you ( or another reader here) done , or had done, the Gorilla Press.

Lifters have different preferences, but there are some who like taller liftees.
I’ve been lifted by guys half a foot shorter in different ways from piggyback to cradle. They don’t struggle at all and even find it easier than they expected.
There are some users on this site that will tell you height does matter, but don't listen to them. You can be lifted easily. I'm a liftee as well, but even I can give my boyfriend who is your height a shoulder ride. Go on and be lifted!
do lifters care about height. I mean to they like it more if a guy is taller or shorter. I’m a pretty tall guy myself and feel insecure about being too tall to lift. what do y’all think?
You may be able to ignore individuals here with good sense, but you cannot ignore physics. A tall/long object held by a small base will be inherently unstable unless that base is massively dense. Just look as the base support of any tower.
Sure the smaller can lift you (straight up), but unless someone 5'4 weighs 400 lbs, it will a less safe lift where you'd have to stay completely still without them toppling over. Rest assured, they will drop you long before they get in trouble.
If you're tall and like to be lifted, look for someone near your height (or taller) and preferably, a lot bigger if you want to have a safe and stable lift and carry. Anyway, good luck with that.
I’m 6’ and I’m usually lifted by women, almost all of them shorter, or a lot shorter, than me, with no problem. In fact i always less secure the taller the lifter is.

Its easier to lift tall liftees from floor/ground and when up on shoulders, I can not feel any problem to carry a tall guy compare with a shorter one!
