I'm from Gatwick - Brighton area and like the sound of 'one sided boxing'.
I have always enjoyed a good punched from a gloved fist, so this sounds great. Ideally arms and legs stretched out and tied to the ropes, giving good access to my body and groin for a few knees and kick to be added.
