When I’m strangling someone and choking them out, I like to hold my sleepers at least 10 seconds to make sure there passed out, called and get a little twitching action

I will usually hold the sleeper on for, as you stated, 1 - 3 seconds after the opponent is out. Just to make sure.

Do most guys that apply a sleeper to KO hold for 1-3 seconds to put them out deep.
I do hold for a few seconds to avoid...I wasn't really out... There is no grey area. What about u guys?
