I had a headache after but boy was it worth it

As soon as you start to feel a headache coming on, you should stop.

The headache generally happens long after the choking session has ended. If you actually experience it during a session, then the choking was seriously overdone. It's also related to how long the pressure is kept on after a person has passed out. A buzz or woozy stage generally won't cause later headaches, but prolonged periods of unconsciousness definitely will.

I am very aware of this the headache didn't develop untill after it was over with and it was many hours later after all my endorphins had settled.

If any choker is in Berlin and wants to put me to sleep more than once, please let me know!
