I have to agree with ChrisWrestling here mmt005. Obviously the video is fake and there isn't one real sleeperhold/choke in it but I do actually like that video myself. Like Chris has explained...be informed, be safe, only meet others who know the proper techniques. STILL none of this will make it completely SAFE. Over the past decade as I've entered my 20's and now nearing 30 I've learned an immense amount about sleepers, chokes and headscissors. My view has changed dramatically. Yes I still do it myself and unashamedly will likely ask it of any meet I have, but it's certainly not a MUST. When you truly, fully understand what you're actually asking of someone. On the flip side of that there are obviously countless men and women who will gladly choke you out, just be careful and get to know anyone you might meet for this. I would actually suggest you look at ChrisWrestling's YouTube channel : GayWrestlingClasses. You won't find information packed videos like it and there's almost a video for any wrestling technique related thing that you can think of.
