I like to trample mostly on abdomen and its organs but i also love trample on ribs couse i know i give a lot of pain. Then chest, face, head and intimacy

I enjoy having all parts of my body trampled. That said I think chest trampling should be part of every session as this is much more intense than having other parts of your body trampled.
A combination of standing and walking works great with me.
