We do a session for two guys on Tuesday evening practising specifically lifts and some light throws.
Ideally up to four or six guys only. Too many is not enough attention to those there.
Pro~style Wrestling holds as part of Wrestling chains and spots.
Beefy builds I guess but all sizes welcome as it is about coaching and learning and the weight differences don't really matter that much.
If you are a hard core sub guy only then you'll be crap at pro practice as you won't have the mindset or the mental and physical flexibility so it is ideally pro guys only.
I can only regret, that I do not live in London. This is exactly what I have been looking for - regular pro style punishment in a ring with a chance to learn new moves...

I want to be passed around to the wrestlers like a rag doll and get overpowered and put into lots of different holds
