Propozycja sparingu

This'll be my first Friday after a competition and I'm looking for a very long, slow and controlled beatdown because jobber mood would be seriously flaring 🤣

No major preference on opponent other than it's going to be pretty one-sided, so the stamina, sanity and safety of a long match is a must. Body punches heavily preferred, happy to discuss rules etc.

MMA gloves preferred. Can host or travel a relatively short distance.
