Actually a nudist, who does Naked 5k's every year all over the country. (Typically Florida). Anyone want to tag along for a weekend?

No longer doing heavy matches. A while back, I detached my arm from my shoulder. The MRI showed a bit of damage, so I opted to try physical therapy before accepting surgery. If I pull it out one more time, surgery will be required, and honestly, the pain from pulling it out was nothing like I never felt before....and never want to feel again.

Retired in December 2023 from my career. Doing house and yard work, what feels constantly, but makes me happy and way better than working. It's amazing I got anything done previously to retirement. This is a full time job in itself! But I recommend it!

(01-24-24) Shoulder is better (thanks swimming), but the irritation shows after a rough match. Not risking heavy matches anymore. Willing to hang with anyone.....massage, posing, showing favorite positions....very light stuff.

Worked with a weight loss nutritionist and down from 210 down to 155, which was too low. Hover about 170 now. Flux a lot, but mainly stay about 168. If I hit 175, I diet.

BTW....guys...clean your mirrors and rooms before taking pics! Yes, I'm judging you!
