So major update, life has been a shit show last 2 years. (still kinda is) pls don't ask. (mainly losses, but other things)
I've pretty much stopped going to gym a year and half. It shows, I've not wanted to take any photos.
Due to living situation, I am not looking to meet anyone new.

Gym training going well, have a lot of pre-covid strength back. Have more, working on it. Will always be a work in progress until my body falls apart in which case I'll probably not be here. :) Wanting to lose "gut" but not wanting to sacrifice muscle and strength gains as yet.

As FYI, can be a little difficult to meet, weekends are nor available, I work Mon-Fri with Friday eve not avail. Tend to just have 3 or 4-ish hours after work, which would include drive time.

Covid vaccinated inc booster. Will more likely get monkeypox vax as well, along with whatever shit comes along next, I'm sure something will ffs.
