Update on Weight Loss Journey
Been a bit since I've made a blog post. So here is the scoop. Haven't been able to properly weigh myself as the digital scale I usually use kind of went missing but I have been using alternate methods to seeing my weight loss. Obviously, I took the picture from the front and side profiles. And noticed my stomach has gone down. I'm going about weight loss the healthy way which leads me to this part.
How I have been doing it: Weight loss, especially with boxing added in, its a triangle. If you only have exercise and dieting, that's only going to work for a bit till you crash and burn. There is one more part to it. The mind. When your stress is higher, it can make it harder for your body to shed pounds. So by learning to reduce my stress, its been helping me out a lot. As well, having some friends to talk with and even glove up with on camera. So basically, combining Stress reduction, Exercise, and Dieting has helped me a lot.
Art stuff: As people know, my name has art in it, and I'm making some new ones. Just had been tricky as I'm moving projects from my Tablet PC to my actual computer. And let me tell you this. I have to export the files as .mdp or .psd to make sure all the layers are safe and sound. That is more tricky than it sounds because a lot can go wrong in the export stage. Files can get corrupted with saving, programs can crash, the system could freeze. Lot of things.
Who have been chatting to for advice: Well, there are a lot of guys here and outside the site who have given me advice or talked with me to help boost me up and honestly, can't thank them enough! Seriously, with all advice I'm making strives to the better version of myself. Plus my ultimate goal. My size 38/30 jeans!
I am well BTW, and here is hoping I continue to lose the weight. If I plateau, I'll rework my flow.
