This is truly a great sport and great way to get into shape. Lost weight and built up muscle mass and stamina, not to mention an improved balance. if you havent tried you need to. ITs great to be able to spar with guys also using pads for leg and elbow strikes.

I would agree with you tiger, added it to my routine about 5 years ago and really enjoy it a lot.
