Recovered from COVID-19 and random cyclist lycra musings...
Hey guys,
Curious how everyone is doing. Belgium's announced another lockdown as, I suspect, many European countries will in the coming weeks with the numbers being so horrendous. I managed to catch COVID-19 myself a couple weeks back, but don't you worry, I got it out of my system within a few weeks and was even able to get back to doing sports this week.
Whilst I await new wrestling challenges, the Law allowing us to wrestle in the first place, and more, I guess I have to focus on my other sport of predilection... cycling here we cum!
Hope you guys are all doing well, and that at least someone is wrestling. Let me know if you've had a wonderful meet recently, and don't hesitate to book me for a future session, right. right? ;)

Yeah I heard about the UK one, I hope that your numbers don't spike like ours cause it's extremely concerning!! Are you guys able to wrestle anyway with the new measures or not really?

Haven’t really been able to wrestle because of social distancing. Some guys have taken chances and had matches - which is entirely their choice.

Here in Geneva we’re entering a new lockdown since Monday, November the second. Covid cases are exploding, even among the young population. The next weeks will be very tough and demanding

Oh wow, I didn't realise that Switzerland was also going into one too!! I thought it was more a Belgium, France, Spain kind of phenomenon, so it's really continent-wide... wow how fast this one got away from us, I hope we're going to be able to reel it in, but the numbers are indeed looking so exponential it's quite scary!!
I'll definetely follow all of your advice, it's so full of good sense, @WrstlrArturo!!

Oh I didn't realise the mat spaces were also closed (although makes sense), same with Grove Park?

2020-11-08 17:04@Maine - you know it!! :D I do seem to like sports with lycra persuasions... although the sports require very different kinds of efforts! Wrestling's far more erotic though haha
