It's evident you put a lot of thought, effort and care into maintaining this site. You can't please everyone and it's easy sometimes for members to take things for granted. That said, I, for one, am grateful that this site even exists. So thanks for all the work you put into this. Fer real!!

One suggestion: it would be nice if the avitar circles at top of page scrolled in BOTH directions. If this has been discussed already, I'm unaware of it and I can imagine that it had been. Perhaps point me in that direction if that's the case. Thanks again.

I think that this is a great idea. It is very frustrating if you miss a profile and want to go back. Well worth raising this in a support ticket.

I am shocked and horrified by the disgraceful new changes. Not really but this chain seems to be lacking a traditional MeetFighters.com hissy fit so I thought I would oblige.
All looks good to me. I think there are some delete features that lack an are you sure check which is risky for fat fingered people like me on small smart phones. If that's already fixed forgive me, I donth want to check incase I delete things

But this is not church and I do not see the reason for:
a photo that shows the body of a man from the back or side to be Gallery only.
Or a photo on singlets or similar gear to be labeled Gallery only.
What is the logic for this?

According to the new changes, a picture like yours or mine would be unable to be used as a profile picture. I think his question is not selfish but valid.

Lmao this is funny, just when I asked why my photo was classified differently and in their late response "sorry the rules JUST changed".

Responding to some comments:

• The changes are not retroactive, existing photos will not be re-classified.
• Rules change as the community's practices and sensibilities shift over time. Last change was 3 years ago, similarly codifying an existing change in Zeitgeist.
• The rationale for the back and singlet decisions are the results of the polls started in May and also codifying the practice of the most experienced classifiers. Someone asked about the logic in these changes. I cannot speak for everyone who voted and classified photos, so this is just my 2 cents: a photo of the front of one's body is (most of the time) more informative than the back in terms of how powerful an opponent they might be. Similarly, a photo without a singlet informs me better than one with. The intention of profile photos is to facilitate meets, either by helping me recognize the person when we first meet, or letting me visually gauge his physical fitness.

At some point one has to make a decision on these to make the classification process more transparent. You would not believe how often we get support requests that go like "my photo A was classified as X, while his photo B was classified with Y, is this a conspiracy and does everybody hate me?" So in the interest of more reliable and reproducible classifications, I make the decision to clarify the rules, informed by your votes and practices. Then deal with the hatedom of those who disagree. Comes with running websites.

If the change is not retroactive then one of my photos showing my full muscular back body not erotic posted before the change was moved yesterday from profile to Gallery.
Again, I say thank you to this site for what it is and I do like the site even with this change that does not make sense.

Fortunately, I'm here to look for wrestlers, but without hurting me. Erotic or pornographic photos are not from me.

What I am asking is.
A photo on singlet makes u a lesser of a wrestler?
A photo of a wrestler’s body from the SIDE or from his BACK makes him any lesser of a wrestler?
This are not photos taken to be posted in church?

Just done my first batch of peer photo reviews, on my laptop. All very clear and easy to allocate. (That said, I hope I got them all right!)

I have yet to try the process on my tablet - sometimes more difficult as the descriptions don't pop up.

I agree (for once) with my old friend Hugefan. Some of the delete options lack an " are you sure button." I also speak as a fat fingered clumsy guy who has deleted recommendations by accident a few times on my mobile phone. Just a suggestion? ( Feel bad about adding to your work load)!

Strangely although this happened at the start of a group meet GV refused to get back on the mats with me that afternoon & made no mention of wanting a match at a subsequent meeting. Actions speak louder than words !

I'm nearly 150 years old and have met GV. He likes us older guys. He didn't mind my walking frame, my hearing aid, my quill pen when I wrote to him.
