When I was young, I earned a yellow belt in Judo. Much later, I trained at a boxing gym for 2 months. I watch kickboxing, including Burmese gloveless kickboxing with headbutts. I also watch ultra-violent death-match wrestling.... I've always been skinny above the solar plexus. And I've never been in what I'd consider a real fight. Maybe I'm just too lazy to put in the hours, but it's also that I have to take care of my parents who had me late in life... Rules and techniques are too complicated for my Asperger's.
