A far superior wrestler, and a very nice fun reliable guy. He has a very tall ripped body (not an ounce of fat on him), and he has amazing strength for someone taller and leaner than me. He trains regularly in BJJ and it shows – he is very skilled and very fast – I really had no chance throughout the match, and he was pretty much able to submit me at will. Perhaps I was lucky that we were in a small space, but I think on proper mats in a larger space his height, speed, and skill would be even more dominant. In terms of overall wrestling ability, he is easily in the top 3% of guys I have wrestled, and anyone who wants a good competitive match with a very safe, sane, and controlled guy should try to get a match with him. I'm honored to have met him, and I recommend him totally.

It was a real pleasure to be invited to the home of this top-quality guy. He contacted me even before I left the US, and it was possible to arrange a stay with him before booking the rest of my travel. He has an excellent wrestling space – good mats and plenty of room. He also happens to be one of the most skilled guys I have met in Europe. His technique and strength are much superior to mine, and I lost count of the number of times he was able to submit me. Everyone says I have strong arms, but my strength wasn't enough to stop him from getting me in a variety of arm bars and locks. Off the mats he's a very friendly, outgoing, warm kind guy, and as smart as a rocket scientist (he is one! LOL). He's also a great host and cook. So what else can I say but that this is an all-round great guy and great wrestler. It's clear that he earns my top recommendation.

Da weiß einer wie es geht. Bin gespannt wie die Revanche ausfällt, wenn ich nicht verletzt bin.

August 2016:
Lange hat es gedauert, aber die Revanche hat viel Spaß gemacht. Unverletzt klappt es einfach besser. ;-) Es waren kurze aber sehr anstrengende Runden. Am Ende stand es unentschieden und damit kann ich sehr gut leben, denn es wird sicher nicht die letzte Begegnung gewesen sein.

April 2019:
Es war mal wieder Zeit für einen Rückkampf. Nach wie vor ist OstseeSH ein echter Kampfbulle mit ordentlich Kraft. Aber er ist auch besiegbar. Auf der Matte ging es heiß her und wir hatten ne Menge Spaß.
Abseits der Matte ist er ein wirklich netter Kerl. Wer die Chance hat gegen ihn anzutreten, sollte es machen. Der Spaß ist garantiert. 👍🏼

Three way matches can either be hit or miss but this was an absolute hit with two really nice guys on and off the mats. First time meeting Sol but hopefully won't be the last ... Highly recommend him if you're ever in the Peg

Mister80 very kindly hosted at his hotel. He has a good solid build and we had a great match and sweated loads. We are about the same weight so was good to meet someone my own size. Gave him a massage as a thank you! V nice friendly guy also.
