Wrestling at home: any problems?

For people hosting a wrestling match at your home, in what part of the house do you wrestle? How do you arrange the place? Ever had problems with neighbors?

In my old house, I set my mats up in the garage, atop an old carpet (to keep the mats clean). No complaints, but I did try to keep the noise to a minimum. The only problem was in the winter, when it got very cold, even with a heater.

In my new house, I set the mats up in the downstairs family room. It does take some moving of furniture.

I have "puzzle piece" mats that I can set up upstairs. 6' x 8', so enough room to do some activity. Never had any complaints from the neighbor.

Have mats that cover the floor of a spare bedroom. NO furniture in that room - just the mats. Own the house - house stands alone so no problem with noise.

Normally wrestle in bedroom on either king size mattress or mats. If mats some furniture is moved. No problem so far with neighbors

I have wall-to-wall wrestling mats that can fill up the room I normally use as an office. The building my apartment is in is rather old, and when I'm organizing a match I do my best to arrange it at a time I know my downstairs neighbour won't be at home. As an extra noise-control measure I put on music (electronic music with no lyrics works best for fighting, I find :) )

I wouldn’t be able to host unfortunately as my place is very small plus the walls are quite thin so neighbours would certainly be raising a few eyebrows when seeing me lol

I normally wrestle in my lounge/living room. A small bit of furniture moving and the mats I have fit perfectly into the available floorspace.
I live in a detached house so thankfully no noise problems with the neighbours.
